What is the best part about your compensation package?

Fair commission program that doesnt cap out.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was offered and accepted a position & payrate based on a Job Description that I have actually never been tasked with on the job site. as the contract has progressed, I am now doing work that should be paying double what they are paying me which is why I elected to Not extend my contract.
