Another staffing firm has been brought in and their team is on point and taken charge of convoluted situation in attempt to repair the damaged accounting/inventory/reporting departments.

Knowledgeable Leadership Is Lacking. Managers Get Their Roles Based On Popularity Instead Of Being Hired For Success. No Accountability. Managers Blame Employees. No Management Training. No Reviews Process. Never Know How You're Doing.
