Knowledgeable Leadership Is Lacking. Managers Get Their Roles Based On Popularity Instead Of Being Hired For Success. No Accountability. Managers Blame Employees. No Management Training. No Reviews Process. Never Know How You're Doing.

Communicate - Never Know What Is Going On. Make Division Leaders Accountable - Don't Allow Them To Blame Employees For Their Own Failure(s) To Lead. Establish Reviews Process. Provide Actual Human Resources Dept & HR/Management Training. Create Fair Objectives, Not Arbitrary Goals.

The New COO Took Over. Changed Everything Without Understanding Consequences Of Her Actions. Clients No Longer Respect Us. We Make Promises We Can't Keep. Temp Employees Are Lied To - Treated Illegally When Pay Is Cut Unfairly. Turnover Is Growing Rapidly - Don't Work Here Until Leadership Changes
