Mr. Mike P. Henry, BSc (Chem), has been the President of Operations for Minerals Australia at BHP Billiton Plc, BHP Billiton Limited and BHP Billiton Group since February 29, 2016. Mr. Henry served as the President of Coal at BHP Billiton plc, BHP Billiton Limited and BHP Billiton Group from January 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016. Mr. Henry served as the President of HSE, Marketing and Technology at BHP Billiton Limited and BHP Billiton plc from May 10, 2013 to January 1, 2015. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Group Executive at BHP Billiton plc until May 10, 2013. He served as Group Executive and Chief Marketing Officer at BHP Billiton Ltd. from November 28, 2011 to May 10, 2013. Mr. Henry served as the President of Marketing of BHP Billiton since 2010. His career with BHP Billiton included various business development and marketing roles, including Marketing Director for Petroleum, Marketing Director for Energy Coal & Freight and Vice President Business Development for the Energy Coal Customer Sector Group. Prior to joining BHP Billiton in 2003, Mr. Henry worked for Mitsubishi Corporation, where he held a number of commercial roles. He has been Minerals Council of Australia since February 13, 2015. He served as a Director at BHP Billiton Mitsui Coal Pty. Ltd. since January 16, 2015 until January 24, 2017.
