The employees were great, but the management was horrendous, leadership was always in meetings, lead by through fear and intimidation.

BI is all about quantity, not quality. Professionals are underpaid for their skills. The business model doesn't deliver quality of service to participants. Constant and abrupt changes keep moral low and people on edge. Uneven workloads and treatment of employees creates unhealthy work environment.
My experience with the company is when i get overtime and extra lunch break...
