When everyone work together and get it done much more faster and easy...
People work as hard as they can according to what they know and their ability to cope with a high-stress job.

When it is pay day and when i get and go cash it and get my money...i love that part..i do...
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quantity, quantity, and more quantity. The quality of work was subpar due to how much the company only cared about output rather than quality.

Participants need to be heard and given the proper time at the beginning of the process. Change is inevitable, but the company can do a much better job at keeping employees informed and well trained regarding those changes.
