What makes you most happy at work?

When it is pay day and when i get and go cash it and get my money...i love that part..i do...

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Participants need to be heard and given the proper time at the beginning of the process. Change is inevitable, but the company can do a much better job at keeping employees informed and well trained regarding those changes.
