Our PTO policy is very liberal and we're given the availability to work from home when necessary which is awesome.

We genuinely enjoy each other's company. We work hard but we know how to have fun at the same time.

It was a very comfortable environment that allowed me to feel calm and confident. They were still professional and they treated me with great respect.

I feel valued as an employee here at Big Leap. The leadership team is always looking out for me and push me to do great work but also to have a good work/life balance. It's the best leadership I've ever seen in a company.
