
I liked interacting with the people at the company. I felt the interview process was genuine in regards to how I was viewed. I thought they cared about me and treated me as a possible teammate.
I genuinely feel that Big Leap cares about its employees. Our culture encourages questions. We are continually evaluating processes to stay at the top of our game. And we provide meaningful feedback to our co-workers that helps in personal and professional growth.
I feel I can ask questions when needed, but I also know that when I get feedback, it is coming from a place of care and concern for my growth and development, and it is never meant to come off as rude or belittling.
I love my director. They set clear expectations and are fun to work with. But they also know when to be blunt and have those crucial conversations. Lastly, I believe we have the best activities hands down! Our team activities build a good relationship with all our teammates.
