We complain about the same things. We're very good at working together in a short amount of time.

They seem to know what they're talking about but don't really explain what they're talking about to the rest of us who didn't go to business school.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even smaller contributions are appreciated. They might be from people in other roles than you, or a different department entirely. It's deeply gratifying to see how what you do impacts people's lives directly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm new and untested so I believe over time my compensation will definitely grow. However, I'm disappointed in not receiving any stocks in the company. Equity is just as important as diversity and inclusion.
