Approachable and friendly. No micromanagement of employees.
They are your best friends when you are succeeding but if you need help they are less present.

Lack of 401k match however company just went public last year. Should come with time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raises and meagre bonus. No 401k match. Good people are leaving.
The comp listed on this site as an estimate is very far off.
I'm new and untested so I believe over time my compensation will definitely grow. However, I'm disappointed in not receiving any stocks in the company. Equity is just as important as diversity and inclusion.
Value delivered versus comp totally unbalanced. Equity is very low. Too much focus on market comps versus individual contribution.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People need to communicate directly and take criticism which starts with buiding trust which starts with avoiding competing KPIs that do not have the companies or clients best interests in mind.

Marketing leadership - no accountability, no transparency in ROI, no understanding of the key levers/channels that are driving the growth; marketing leadership has been too focused on creative vs performance Channel Sales is not strategic, nor focused. Too many channel sales reps chasing too much
Marketing leadership is poor. Need vision on message, emotive brand and understanding of integrated marketing.
