What do you like best about the leadership team?
Teamwork , patient and sampathy
They are professional and care about their employees

There's a lot of incompetency at the managerial level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When i have a wish to attend a professional cours they allow me to attend that course with their incentive
I make enough to live in a major city

I feel incredibly undervalued for my contributions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kind, helpful, interactive each other
They are easy and fun to work with
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There's some great, fresh, young talent, but people in senior roles are lazy and not mentoring talent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Few employee and low strictly discipline
I enjoy being there and going to work everyday
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More communication between departments. And competent leaders.

Be more transparent throughout the process
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Low morale. HR doesn't listen when several talented employees site the same managers as the reason they're leaving.
