I love that we are able to get new policies and benefits rolled out quickly with little red tape.
We get our work done but the schedule is flexible. We meet, make a plan and execute the plan without following a strict schedule
We all take pride in working here, the constant desire to improve upon what we've built, and we believe in this industry's potential to change the world. There is also a high level of respect across teams/management. It's almost as if they promote the idea that we are all leaders in our roles.
I liked the people at Binance US, but the leadership team was inconsistent and incompetent. I felt that the leadership was always confused and misguided. It was probably because CZ was telling the executive team what to do. Also, the real issue was legal around insider trading and how it was handled
