As before, the new leadership team knows what they are doing and that makes it easy to be positive about the future. This is a profitably company, so we aren't penny pinching and we are bringing in the best of the best. Many people want to work here that we all feel blessed to get the jobs we did
Transparency and not just execs staying on bc they have retention and sign on bonus
It was like a roller coaster and no real leadership from the executive team. The problem was the executive staff was based in APAC and some in the US. They often would try to find a way to govern Binance US and pretend they were their own entity. It was a game of cat and mouse with the SEC!!?

Work performed by an employee should be appreciated by leadership. Just don't look at the workers as a number or statistics in the company.
