- What is the best part about your compensation package?Stressed equity for years taking away bonus. Equity worth zero
- What are some of the best things about your team?I liked the people at Binance US, but the leadership team was inconsistent and incompetent. I felt that the leadership was always confused and misguided. It was probably because CZ was telling the executive team what to do. Also, the real issue was legal around insider trading and how it was handled
