What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are as transparent as they are allowed to be, and they are dedicated to building the most robust, customer-centric and responsible platform in the industry.
They are more than willing to field any questions and are very, very approachable. All are fantastic to work with.
I appreciate the level of dedication to consistently get better and succeed. The innovation and determination to always be ahead of the curve.

We have a wonderful leadership team and I feel like we are always in the know. My manager is always transparent and tries to include us in all of the conversations so we always have the most updated information.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt that pay was decent, but the stock options were a joke! No way was this company ever going public! The first sign I knew this wouldn’t happen was at a town hall meeting. When employees asked about “stocks” they were told to talk to HR. Well HR didn’t know and they were just saying ju
What are some of the best things about your team?
I liked the people at Binance US, but the leadership team was inconsistent and incompetent. I felt that the leadership was always confused and misguided. It was probably because CZ was telling the executive team what to do. Also, the real issue was legal around insider trading and how it was handled

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transparency and not just execs staying on bc they have retention and sign on bonus
It was like a roller coaster and no real leadership from the executive team. The problem was the executive staff was based in APAC and some in the US. They often would try to find a way to govern Binance US and pretend they were their own entity. It was a game of cat and mouse with the SEC!!?
Assessing performance and communicating to employees while listenting to them.
Work performed by an employee should be appreciated by leadership. Just don't look at the workers as a number or statistics in the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting not only potential colleagues on my direct team, but also meeting with other stakeholders id be working with/alongside of.

Everything wind this down and move on
Company has been through multiple massive layoffs since the Summer. To consider Binance.US a great place to work in its current condition is an absolute joke. It can't be improved.
The truth is Binance US should be completely shut down. The victims are the investors and all the people who believed in democratizing crypto. I felt that from the day I joined the company the compliance team knew that it was a only a matter of time before CZ would plead guilty ending the Binance US
