I've only been here a few months and I am really pleased to be part of this management team. The calibre and caring of this new group of leaders is amazing. Given what we could be able to do here, the company could be force to be reckoned with and careers can be shaped here. Exciting!

The fit with my boss in our thinking and backgrounds.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are paying at the 75th percentile for cash compensation and awaiting promised equity in a few months. Benefits are very good for a small company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The entire leadership team is new over the last few months with more coming. Top notch pros that have scaled companies, built fantastic organizations and "been there, done that". Impressive group.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to change the world of financial markets and give the power back to the people. The opportunity to work with the best. The opportunity to work autonomously in my area and make my own decisions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are all respected in their areas and know what they are doing. Everyone is pitching in to get a lot of work done and clean up messes from the past. We're all excited by the opportunity and willing to work a little to get set-up for a bright and easier future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As before, the new leadership team knows what they are doing and that makes it easy to be positive about the future. This is a profitably company, so we aren't penny pinching and we are bringing in the best of the best. Many people want to work here that we all feel blessed to get the jobs we did
