Mr. Kevin S. Gould has been Senior Vice President of Diagnostics Division at Bio-Techne Corporation since January 1, 2016. Mr. Gould served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of CLINIQA Corporation. He has over 15 years of senior sales and marketing management experience, principally in the medical diagnostics industry. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Seracare Life Sciences Inc. since August 25, 2006 and also served as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing of BBI Diagnostics Division since May 2005. Mr. Gould joined SeraCare from Medical Analysis Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fisher Scientific International, where he served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing as well as other senior management positions. He has been providing financial and accounting consulting services through his consulting company, Gould LLC, which has been his principal occupation since August 2005. Mr. Gould served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Integrated BioPharma, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Atrix Laboratories, Inc. from February 2004 to January 2005. Mr. Gould served as Director of Finance and then as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Colorado MEDtech from 1996 to October 2003. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado. Mr. Gould also served for Arthur Anderson LLP from 1990 to 1996. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
