How employees describe working at Biofourmis

I like the tech & the promise of Biofourmis. I feel there have been numerous changes to myrole that are effecting my IC/bonus potential. I have always been a top performer (multiple president clubs, numerous peer choice awards), im confident working in ambiguity but feel my value is not recognized

I like working at Biofourmis, but there is plenty of room for improvement. The primary reason I (and likely many others) like working here is that the position is remote.

Biofourmis is poised to be a world leader in digital healthcare delivery who wouldn't be proud to be a part of that effort?
