Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lack of understanding of my incentive compensation. Had discussion and still working on details. I feel my base is fair but there is still a lack of clearity on IC. My role description has changed multiple times and feel that i will not make any bonus this year. discussed with manager

I don't think the 2-year promotion cycle that was conveyed to me is the best way to retain good employees. Employees know that the best way to improve their compensation is to switch jobs every 2-3 years, Biofourmis should ensure good employees are not leaving by improving compensation accordingly.

was promised stock options and possibility of equity into company during the initial hiring process. After starting at company, continued to hear things about stock options but it has been 2 years and nothing has materialized
