Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

The 12 hour shifts are very difficult to work many of my co-workers have left the company for other positions for more benefits and many more are considering leaving, the company overall does not work 12 hours they work standard 8 or 9 hr shifts and have weekends with there familiies.

Benefits are good, pay is not compatible with other medical industries.
