We are payed far below our top competitors in our industry and in our state. Our wages are far below the cost of housing in our location.
They still haven't figured out that twelve hour shifts on your feet burn their employees out. Give us benches and more than 15 minute breaks as we need to gown in and out of the floor.

this really depends on the department. Service has a great list of probing questions to obtain your experience. QA has a way of being professional but comfortable at the same time.
