Caring about employees instead of having a 'how date you bother me ' attitude

Taking employees concerns of safety and harassment seriously, by taking appropriate action and not blaming the victim. Also, nepotism is rampant through the Hazelwood location as well as favoritism. HR is not for employees but for management.

Poor people skills , show much favoritism overall just should not manage people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

hourly compensation is below local average for the skill level and job.

We are payed far below our top competitors in our industry and in our state. Our wages are far below the cost of housing in our location.

They still haven't figured out that twelve hour shifts on your feet burn their employees out. Give us benches and more than 15 minute breaks as we need to gown in and out of the floor.

The 12-hour shift we are asked to work.

More colaboration, hire more people, because they over load the same employees

Twelve hours of repetitive tasks with minimal breaks are not a healthy environment.

When I apply for a job and don't get back a response usually so fast and I don't get a chance for interview.

this really depends on the department. Service has a great list of probing questions to obtain your experience. QA has a way of being professional but comfortable at the same time.
