I'm very grateful for Biote. Personally, it has provided me with a lot of opportunities, but I have seen my success is not evenly available to others across the board. This is conflicting for me as there is amazing talent within the organization that is deserving of the same success/recognition
Everyone has their own unique personality and I'm glad everyone is able to express that in their own unique way.
The interactions between my immediate circle. It's good to know my individual efforts can make a positive difference in their day-to-day.
Being able to interact with my co-workers. I'm glad that my role puts me in a position to be able to make a positive difference in their day-to-day.
Lunch being catered is a huge plus. Furthermore, I know this isn't part of the compensation, but I'm really loving what we're doing with the new Wellness Wednesday initiative.
Open communication. For the most part - we have a direct line of communication with each other which helps us react and resolve any challenges that may come up.
I really appreciate the communication they provide. Furthermore, I feel at any point I'm able to both direction and guidance should I need it. Communication is vital and I'm glad to see it at the forefront.
The most positive thing about my immediate environment is the inclusivity. We do a great job at listening and hearing our concerns among ourselves. However, this is not necessarily due to a direct result of any pre-established company culture/mindset. Instead it's a result of our individual effort
For me, it all boils down to communication. As long as we can continue to be able to voice our ideas, concerns, suggestions, and most importantly be heard - we will continue to grow and develop our culture. Having a strong foundation that revolves around communication will always be the key.
I understand a lot of people were looking forward to work from home, so I'm glad to see that is finally implemented. I hope it matures and maybe they can provide even more flexibility. However, personally speaking, the daily lunch perk is such a morale boost for me - extremely grateful for it.
Being more consistent in recognizing individuals that made a difference. It's a shame to see great talent leave the organization and it's worse to learn that no attempt was made to keep them. Furthermore, it feels not everyone has a voice save for a few individuals w/ close ties to the exec team.
