The company as whole has been good, I enjoy what I do and what we do for our customers and patients. My team is amazing but the management has not been very good. There is a lack of communication and direction.

Working with my customers and changing peoples lives including practitioners and patient's.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members are supportive and trustworthy. I can rely on most of them when needed. This does not include the RM
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increasing the salary and the ability to make commission. Support from Corporate to bring us more leads, increase car allowance, fuel reimbursement, increased PTO to reflect experience. I am not supported by my manager. The RM needs to be a better communicator.
