I come work everyday and do the work I am assigned. It doesn't give me the satisfaction I have felt with my previous employment and employers. This a small company with small company attitudes.

Easy to work with, good personalities, good at their jobs, willing to help with issues

Communication, treat all employees fairly, employees of some departments are treated better than other departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a lot of experience and i believe that I am not be utilized effectively. I am underpaid for my education and experience
