We are a family that is always looking out for the team. We try to help each other out so we can all be successful as a region.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the amount of work and effort that goes into all that we do we should get paid more in commission. Or get paid a higher base to weigh out the compensation. Also, it would be nice to have other ways of making commission (or a bonus)- New QBs to training.
