helping people and changing lives

honestly can't think of anything in particular. They are demanding and not as supportive

there is only one coworker that I am not happy with and work closely with. more of teamwork

the product itself helping change lives of people. not sure about the culture at the company. You never feel safe
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had a good compensation until they have changed the territory and asked for raise and after working so hard they said no
