Actually taking care and fixing issues for a customer that has been with them for over eight years. Making us legal in Washington state so we don't get fined.
This is the greatest job I've ever had. We are given every opportunity to be heard and give input on how the company operates and the changes that take place. Your opinion is truly valued and you get to directly contribute to major change.

How does BioTrackTHC handle HR issues?
With tact and are done privately
BioTrack has an HR department. If there are issues that arise that can not be ironed out between the two parties they are documented and escalated. They also contract out to an HR specialization company for more complicated issues. I have been with the company for a number of years and have been involved in two different issues, and I was very satisfied with the professionalism they exhibited.
How's the vacation policy at BioTrackTHC?
2 weeks a year. It doesn't seem like much with the way they run their support department

They are pretty good overall. Health care costs keep going up which sucks, but the dental and vision plans and 401k are pretty nifty.
