Willingness to listen to the team and take our direction and ideas to heart. The team dictates the company's direction and the leadership team simply guides it.

The leadership team is always thinking of what is best for the company going forward. When operating like this, it results in things going better all around. Realize that improving the product is better than just pushing it off to one side.

They need to listen to their employees. They need to delegate and communicate medium and long term plans because I feel that although there may be plans, we are not made aware of them.

I appreciate being full-time team member on an hourly based income.

The actual pay. Overall health benefits are just OK, but they are working on improving them right now.

I believe am under paid.

NEED MORE EMPLOYEES - All the work is being transferred to those who work and the ones that don't work still dont work plus is out of the job description. STRESS-

Have yet to get my stock options and there has been no clear way of getting them. Would be better if it was outlined clearly so we could avoid missing signing up for the options. Still don't know how much stock I would be available to claim.

I am significantly underpaid for the hours that are requested of me and the variety of work tasks I am expected to complete with respect to being completely outside the scope of my job description.

Everyone here passionately cares about the company and their roles within it. We drive the company forward together and our efforts are well recognized.

My team is motivated to learn and are able to work together very well. When creating new workflows to accommodate new positions, they are able to adapt and go by the new procedure. They are also easy to get along with and knowledgeable of the software, making it easy for new members to learn.

Very hungry group. Everyone has the tech-startup mindset.

Some of the best things about my team ? I'd have to say, how we help each other out. It's a common thing for someone to ask for help or guidance and there's always someone willing to jump in. Also, everyone backs each other up by jumping in at key moments when we need them the most.

The company is still in the growing phase, so everyone is able to actually attribute to the culture and make it better. There is a real sense of progressing as well as individualism being valued. The employees are able to be genuine with their interests rather than conform to being professional.

Opportunity to have a candid discussion and ask tough questions. Gave me a chance to understand how leadership reacts to feedback.

The fact that it was not only the manager from the department I was interviewing for, but also a member from that team asking position relevant questions. Rather than just being about what I knew, they also cared about personality and intentions for going into the field.

The opportunity to effect change and help dictate the direction of the company as a whole. Constantly challenged and things are never boring.

The fact that I feel that I am making a difference in the company and am a valued employee. When being able to assist teammates in figure out a difficult problem or helping get a major issues solved for the customers, it gives me a great sense of personal achievement.
