Favortism and the Peter Principle is ramoant. The execruve team couldn't care less about the staff becsuse rheyre there to make big bonuses while the little giy has to make good on their outlandish promises to the clients.

Raj is great. He encourages innovation and keeps people on their toes. If he could improve on anything, it would be to stop turning a blind eye to a couple of managers who are damaging the company by verbally abusing other employees.
What's the vibe like in the Operations dept at BIOWORLD Merchandising? How many hours are you working?
I work 10-12 hours a day. Our OPs team is 99% like family, we have at least one toxic person who consistently breaks our HR policies and nothing is done about it, that's really the only drawback.
