Favortism and the Peter Principle is ramoant. The execruve team couldn't care less about the staff becsuse rheyre there to make big bonuses while the little giy has to make good on their outlandish promises to the clients.

Awful, horrible, terrible, the worst

Underpaid, overworked, undervalued. The company is a complete mess!

Working at Bioworld has it's pro's and con's, as will any job, speaking realistically. My own personal experience here includes a wide range of learning opportunities and personal growth.However I've also had to learn how to set work/life boundaries which this company makes it hard to do sometimes.

Avoid at all costs. Toxic work environment. CEO outsources every possible position.

They are driving our company forward in growth.

Literally everything. Worst upper management I've ever dealt with.

Expectations are set very unrealistically, and my workload is too much for what I am payed.

My pay has not increased very much over the past few years. And I recently discovered that I am being paid less than someone who is quite new to the company and has the same position as I do. Dedication and loyalty should be rewarded.

Paid 20 - 40% less than average.

There are less qualified male managers getting paid more, because they are "good ole boys."

We are effectively efficient and fun.

Everyone needs to learn how communicate with eachother and work as a team

Stop making meetings that would be solved with an email

Stop the gossip and actually work.

We are creative driven and our office is laid back.

Talking with mulitple people throught the company

I had 5 different interviews for a low paying entry level position.

Friendly environment would be great.

I love seeing the new products we launch.

Replace upper management as soon as possible
