What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to work well together and stay focused on trying to make keep moving the company forward.
Amazing Leadership team. Simply put the best leadership team in the business. Directly rated to the company's great success over the last few years.
The team is very open-minded and colaborative.

everything, human resources is expecially bad

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Safe Harbor is good and total rewards are excellent. Dramatic improvements over the last few years

It's not compensation, it's the attitude of human resources executives

What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative and passionate about the company and their jobs. Virtually no turnover in this company so there is also great stability even though there is also accelerated growth.

Human resources is the problem

Great culture because of everyone's willingness to help one another. That starts when you are being recruited. The head of HR was directly involved in bringing me on board and the CEO was very accessible.
The company's CEO and Head of Human Resources and really everybody work really hard to create a great culture from the moment that you make contact with the company.

It was simple and thorough. You could sense the enthusiasm for the company from everyone who was part of the process. From the hiring manager and HR.
Everything happened very efficiently and with a lot of positive energy
