What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Great culture because of everyone's willingness to help one another. That starts when you are being recruited. The head of HR was directly involved in bringing me on board and the CEO was very accessible.

The company's CEO and Head of Human Resources and really everybody work really hard to create a great culture from the moment that you make contact with the company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
