Birkman is a great place to work - Great benefits (401k matching, free Apple watch, work-life balance, short-term disability, etc). The Culture Committee makes it a fun place to work. You do have to work hard as it is a small business, but totally worth it for a great product.

The leadership team is transparent about where our company stands, which is awesome.

Although the team is small, everyone is close-knit and looks out for each other.

I liked how I got to meet a few people throughout the process. It was super easy too.

The best part of my compensation package has to be the 401k matching and paid for short term disability!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEO started a Culture Committee/Activity Committee because she cares about our culture. We have things in the office like puzzles and a ping pong table.
