What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Fun is allowed. We have a ping pong table, an area to put together puzzles, and our own little free library.

The CEO started a Culture Committee/Activity Committee because she cares about our culture. We have things in the office like puzzles and a ping pong table.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
