Birkman is a great place to work - Great benefits (401k matching, free Apple watch, work-life balance, short-term disability, etc). The Culture Committee makes it a fun place to work. You do have to work hard as it is a small business, but totally worth it for a great product.

Our leadership team shares information freely and its members are always willing to support each other as needed. Input from employees is welcomed and used, when able, to make decisions.

The leadership team is transparent about where our company stands, which is awesome.

Birkman is the only company I know of that reimburses its employees most of our annual health insurance deductable.
