Get more involved with the people which are in contact with the customers, especially if they want to try to approach a market with an unsuitable strategy. Have a flater structure and less manager.
It would be nice if there would be engineering levels, pay people what they're worth.

Coworkers are mostly introverts and the company isn't doing anything to bond the teams.
More product knowledge and a better language expertise for the desired market.
There are people in the management which a proud of themselves, though they haven't delivered any real evidence for existence in this job. A manager or director isn't just someone who is in meetings and creates Excel sheets, that an assistant can do for cheaper
