What do you like best about the leadership team?
Deep knowledge in their area with a commitment to delivering the best product
I think they're trying, haven't interacted much with them
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get more involved with the people which are in contact with the customers, especially if they want to try to approach a market with an unsuitable strategy. Have a flater structure and less manager.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice if there would be engineering levels, pay people what they're worth.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are mostly introverts and the company isn't doing anything to bond the teams.
More product knowledge and a better language expertise for the desired market.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a lot of very talented people working for the company, everyone is committed to delivering the best security solutions and helping people stay safe
I never felt the pressure of a deadline, but I was lucky enough only to work on internal projects, in other teams this might differ. Hours are flexible. Start-up like environment means you get lots of responsibility and have lots to learn, sometimes you're free to chose the tech stack for the proj.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There are people in the management which a proud of themselves, though they haven't delivered any real evidence for existence in this job. A manager or director isn't just someone who is in meetings and creates Excel sheets, that an assistant can do for cheaper

What makes you most happy at work?
A good variety of projects with tremendous opportunities to grow
Interacting with customers which like the product and hear their feedback.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It feels like the antivirus market is declining, perhaps expanding into cloud based services and other areas could improve.
