A good variety of projects with tremendous opportunities to grow
A start-up like culture, had low pay in the beginning of my career and I did the same work as the tech lead, after he left I replaced him with half of his pay.. The company seems to prefer junior engineers over seniors.
Decisions are not based on data but rather what they want it to be and led by unprofessional management in all levels
