Bite Squad Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation is medicore at best

The Cash Out BS system

It gets busy On w?ekend

extra money that we get.

Review from Product Dept

I like the web reimbursement and extra pay in certain time frames

Review from Product Dept

Short hours of work and get paid Ike hotel employees

Review from Operations Dept

Everything seems really nice and equal

Review from Product Dept

Very reliable company to work for

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the service provided, I don't expect benefits to be paid for

Better support from company urber do not do this

Stop paying drivers $2 orders

Driving 15 miles for minimum pay no tip

I would like to get an hourly wage but that can be difficult in an occupation where you receive tips.

Yes I do feel under valued and it would make me feel better to at least have a solution in fixing the app glitch for ultipro in that it is canceling and denying my bank account to get my pay check.

Review from Product Dept

If they paid us an hourly base wage. Anything at all. Instead of what bite squad currently does which is use your tip money as part of your overall pay.

Review from Sales Dept

They posted hiring as $14-18. But its actually around $12.

Review from Product Dept

Bite Squard do not pay enough and they take to much of the tips from the drivers.

Review from Product Dept

Often we as drivers get sent to restaurants that have no or very limited parking, making our jobs exponentially more difficult as we have to find somewhere to park and then walk a great distance and there is no extra compensation for these more difficult deliveries

Review from Operations Dept

To actually get paid would be nice

Review from Operations Dept

Well? the company changed when waiters came on board with bite squad cause when I first started a year ago I was able to work as long as I needed and do understand busy day and not so busy I'm not make is much when I first started but praying that company get lots of busy days so can make extra $

This company has taken everything that I loved about a great industry and ruined it through pure greed. If they paid even REMOTELY what was market average that would only be the very beginning of what would need to change.
