No one shouting at you to work faster, you work as fast as you want, but the more orders you take the more money you make.

The managements need to get trained first before managing someone who works for the company.

Communication is key to success. We need better communication.

They should start by introducing a clear work/life balance, to allow people to be with their families. Working 80+ hours a week should not be allowed. Some sort of REAL Human Resources person, with the ability to enact some abuse prevention.

There isnt really an environment. We get sporadic text messages from dispatchers, most of the time they are nice and helpful, but there are a couple really nasty ones that seem to have contempt for everything/everyone. Also, reply times are in the 10s of min... even when something is urgently.
