Only met my manager and interacted with dispatch. They are very accommodating and work with you on scheduling as much as they can. Very friendly and responsive. Great place to work!! And I'm not getting paid to say this LOL!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I have worked there 5 weeks. I was paid fine the first time. two weeks later I didn't get paid. No one will tell me why? I have tried calling every number I have available but no one will help. My manager got hateful with me, He acted like I was asking for a loan and not my pay

Complete lack of human empathy from upper management, and a sociopath CEO. This company is everything people hate about "corporate culture." Expect to NEVER see your family. Expect to NEVER be off work, because you will get calls and emails all night that are expected to be responded to instantly

Not harassing drivers 24-7. Even when I'm not working, my phone blows up all of the time. It is an invasion of privacy and just plain rude!!! Dont schedule me at short notice and then ticket me for a no call no show!!! Ignore my availability after being told I wasn't scheduled!!

Actually talking with their employees. I am apperantly in trouble for something, and it took 10 emails and two hours to find out what they feel i am in trouble for... and what they are saying is incorrect. Past that, they refuse to actually contact me and talk about it.
