It is sad, but even the slightest compliment from the CEO or his cohorts becomes the only thing that keeps you going. Very similar to a hostage facing death, even the smallest gesture gives you some hope for the future.

New management with people skills
The lack of communication, and even means of communication between coworkers and managers. We only have the ability to talk to Dispatch, which are text based coworkers... and email to our managers, which from my experience, takes a week to get a response from them.
Deceiving way to structure tipping.
