Complete lack of human empathy from upper management, and a sociopath CEO. This company is everything people hate about "corporate culture." Expect to NEVER see your family. Expect to NEVER be off work, because you will get calls and emails all night that are expected to be responded to instantly

Not harassing drivers 24-7. Even when I'm not working, my phone blows up all of the time. It is an invasion of privacy and just plain rude!!! Dont schedule me at short notice and then ticket me for a no call no show!!! Ignore my availability after being told I wasn't scheduled!!

They should start by introducing a clear work/life balance, to allow people to be with their families. Working 80+ hours a week should not be allowed. Some sort of REAL Human Resources person, with the ability to enact some abuse prevention.

There isnt really an environment. We get sporadic text messages from dispatchers, most of the time they are nice and helpful, but there are a couple really nasty ones that seem to have contempt for everything/everyone. Also, reply times are in the 10s of min... even when something is urgently.

The lack of communication, and even means of communication between coworkers and managers. We only have the ability to talk to Dispatch, which are text based coworkers... and email to our managers, which from my experience, takes a week to get a response from them.
