Does Bitly have any remote positions?
Yes, we have an remote engineering position. However, it was an existing in office employee moved to work remotely. I don't think we hired any remote positions.
Bitly generally doesn't hire remote folks but if tenured employees have life events that result in them moving, Bitly will usually make remote work possible for them.

Maintaining the same culture as where it started, also the management style can't follow as growing fast.

All the applications are going through Greenhouse. The HR recruiter will speak to the candidate first, then the team manager or teammate.
