What do you like best about the leadership team?
They welcome feedback from all employees and try to adjust company practices accordingly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being respectful, not starting petty arguments with employees, creating visibility into company-wide goals and vision, stop gossiping/lying/spreading rumors about people in the office

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need to improve listening and communication skills. Be more respectful
Follow through on discussions had at meetings to ensure work efforts are seen through to completion in a timely manner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very flexible and everyone changes direction as needed to meet the current objectives.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management and leadership training, setting realistic and measurable team goals, updating all back office systems, better processes, onboarding new employees
