What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is approachable and responsive. They really focus on communication and transparency making sure employees are aware of what is happening in the company. If I've every had a problem, leadership has always worked to resolve the issue.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we work remotely, BIG makes an effort to keep everyone connected through regular communication and fun events. They are also really good at recognizing people for their efforts and living our values

What makes you most happy at work?
My team, the culture and my compensation doesn't hurt. I've been promoted and am optimistic about future growth. They did a good COLA adjustment to take into consideration inflation.
