What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Even though we work remotely, BIG makes an effort to keep everyone connected through regular communication and fun events. They are also really good at recognizing people for their efforts and living our values
What are some of the best things about your team?I love how collaborative our team is. If there is an issue to be addressed, we work together across functions and departments to resolve it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team is approachable and responsive. They really focus on communication and transparency making sure employees are aware of what is happening in the company. If I've every had a problem, leadership has always worked to resolve the issue.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Revenue stability and more sales. The culture is great.
