It was a startup at the beginning. Horrible management and lots of confusion, but executive corrected and changed management. Has gotten much better and seems like a different company today. There is a plenty of responsibility and opportunity if you want it.

Good base pay and benefits. Have a good bonus program but can be limited in tough market
