I love the job but more importantly I adore the individuals I work with and consider myself extremely luck to be in such an environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team always works hard, we bounce ideas off of one another, challenge one another to be better but at the end of the day do all of this while have fun!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about our leadership team is everyone is homegrown, they have worked up the ranks and ultimately understand the advantages and challenges of each position. This makes for a supportive and motivational culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way everyone supports each other. Every department understands that we all have to function in order for the company to succeed. There is no exclusivity between departments which is something that makes us a strong company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like how quick the interview process was. I had my initial interview on a Monday and my final interview the following Monday. I would told it would be a quick and efficient process and that it was.
